This makes it an onerous process for those who are truly adversely productive by one of these conditions from collecting benefits they're entitled to.
In summary, we now face a dramatic increase in the 20 percent of the citizen in an older age group. They're still working with an expanding incidence of disability. Unemployment compounds the problem even more. And adding new causes of disability and our litigious community results in more Promises Unkept.
